DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE...I wish I had seen the previous review before I did business there. It took over 6 months to get my laptop back from them. It was one excuse after another, and they were not very forthcoming with any information. I had to bug them forever to get the repair done, and it was way too expensive.
SCAM!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service. Took TV with remote and cord probably with intention of never returning it. After finally looking at it (after nearly a month) the repair charge was going to be almost the cost of a new TV. Had to pay a service charge for them to look at it as well a fee to get it back, total was over $100 for nothing. The building is stacked high with TVs with a little walkway. Three TVs were leaning on our tv when we went to pick it up. The cord was in a file cabinet drawer and they couldn't even find it because they said they don't normally return them.....why because they keep your tv. If you don't pick it up within 30 days it's considered surrendered. Well they finally looked at ours around day 30. Customer serivce is horrible, lady is very rude. She called saying she missed a call from our number, when my husband asked who it was on the line she hung up on him. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Seems to be a scam where they collect TVs fix them after they've made it impossible for you and resell them.
