Wow. Where to even start. I met Kasey 10 yrs ago during a divorce. Kasey from day 1 made me feel like family. I was in a bad spot and I had been screwed by an attorney out of Memphis for a Tipton Co case.
She did absolutely nothing for me. Cost me $1200 for her to show up at court one time and do nothing. She even had the nerve to try to bill me for phone calls made after she withdrew from my case. Good luck getting her to speak up for you in the courtroom. Good luck getting her to answer or return your phone calls. You would do better to represent yourself. UPDATE: It's very strange that Ms. Culbreath didn't have any reviews on Google until I left a negative one, then suddenly she gets many 5 star reviews all at once. It's almost as if she got her friends and family to post fake reviews. I trust that people will see that for what it is.
Five stars does not do Kasey justice. She was by my side through my lows and my highs during my divorce and custody of my kids. I had plenty of times where I was so unsure and confused and scared on top of it all. Kasey, ALWAYS had my best interest and worked countless hours on my almost 18 month case. She went above and beyond for me, she is one in a million and I'm so thankful I had her by my side through this process. She is worth every penny you will spend, and I would recommend her to anyone needing the best attorney.
With the same professionalism and compassion as I had and so many others. I mean I even told my dad to make sure he used no one else but her during a recent divorce! There were no "deals" or anything else that would make us feel like our best interest wasn't the first priority.
After telling the details of my case to Kasey, she immediately went to work to represent my best interest. Her advice over the last 10 yrs has been invaluable to our family. She represented me flawlessly and worked as a mediator and got me exactly what I asked for. All for an extremely fair price. She has her finger on the pulse of every case she works and always bridges the clients best interests with her game plan. I remember one of the first things she told me. “You be honest with me, I’ll be honest with you”. I’ve always kept that promise and every time I have retained her, the outcome has been exactly what I asked for.

I don't like seeing people complain about prices because this is a business folks. That's a priority to keep in mind. ANY LAWYER HAS A RATE FOR CALLS, EMAILS, MEETINGS, etc. this is her livelihood and how she supports her family. She cannot do this for free y'all! But I have yet to hear of a more fair fee from an attorney.
There isn’t enough good words to say about this woman! She has handled multiple issues for me and my family. From the court room, mediation and just a simple call to calm me down in meltdown moments. Let’s face it, we all have those! She does not back down! She is very smart and knows her stuff. Sometimes she isn’t available to answer phone calls when “I” think she should but that’s because she spends countless hours in the courtroom fighting for her clients. And she will always call me back. Even if it’s “after hours”. If you want someone to fight for you, kasey is who you want in your corner.
Kasey will be a friend for life. She has changed my life in a way that I can never thank her enough for. Kasey, I don’t know if you read these, but your godchild misses ya and the Sullivans love you! Call me, i’ll buy you lunch!!

I have been a client of Kasey's since January 2009. My case was NOT an easy by the book case from day one. We spend lots of times in court just to have it moved out because the other party would run. When I lost hope, she carried me to the next hurdle and restored my faith, my hope. We spent a lot of time in court and I saw her show that same compassion in EVERY case I've watched her try. When I saw a lot I mean pretty much once a month to every couple months we were in court from the beginning in 2009 until 2016. 7, yes SEVEN, years!! I've seen her bust her tail in court for her clients. She is happy with you in the highs and grieves with you in the lows, you are never alone with her. I don't know how I could have made it through that time without her honestly.
