Exasperatingly slow, long, long, LONG wait times. They don't seem to be in a hurry to get much of anything actually done.
Office staff, (appointment schedulers, receptionist) can be rude. Staff is lacking general insurance knowledge. Gastroenterologist is blaise and does not communicate well with nor educate the patient. Substandard care received from this physician. Wait times are long but tolerable. Neurologist is outstanding and provides excellent, knowledgeable care to her patients.
If you are having sleep disorders go to this place, they will get you taken care of.
THIS PLACE CLAIMS PEOPLE HAVE SLEEPING PROBLEMS BUT WON'T GIVE YOU THE PROPER TREATMENT THAT THEY NEED. I HAVE A LOVED ONE WHO HAS BEEN NEEDING A CPAP MACHINE FOR **WEEKS** NOW AND THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED ANY CALLS OR HE HAS NOT RECEIVED HIS MACHINE. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!
